us, what would you expect?
However, I will say that we have
had comments where the customer has not been totally
satisfied. When this has occurred we have done
everything in our power to talk with them and resolve the
problem. This I think you will agree happen
in most companies.
So please don't hold that against

I am e-mailing to thank you for the prompt delivery of the lead sign
I ordered from you. It far exceeds my expectations and I would like
to congratulate you on the superb craftsmanship of a top quality
product. I live in a sixteenth century thatched cottage that is
grade two listed and within a conservation area and it looks, now
that the sign is fitted that it has always been there, Keep up the

Hi Mick,
Many thanks for the parcel that was delivered yesterday. I
fitted the flow control last night. This morning I understand
the feature was re-positioned against the wall (Single handed I
could not do this, last night). Tonight I will be filling
& testing…J
I will let you know how it goes, but anticipate no problems.
Many thanks for going the extra mile inch or two – we love
the lead snail! At the weekend will look for a home for it on
the patio, perhaps near the lead feature.

Collected the statuary from Tony's last Fri, 16jul10, and
handed-over the cheque (in a sealed envelope) which his son-in-law
said he would hand to Tony for forwarding-on to you.
The Regency boy looks great again now
- and the birds
in my garden are happy again as they have somewhere to drink and
bathe!
